Refund policy

Except for defective items, we do not accept returns.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Approved returns must be shipped to the following address:
2-20-17 Misatodai, Narita-shi, Chiba 286-0013, Japan
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. cosmetics)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the product you currently have. Once the return has been accepted, you can place a new order separately.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
